At its September 16, 2026 meeting, the Bend City Council authorized the City Manager to enter into a purchase agreement and secure financing for the acquisition of the building and property located at 2965 NE Conners Avenue and 1979 NE Tucson Way to help meet the City’s long- term administrative space needs.
