There was an earlier notice in October for this short term rental application. The only difference I note is that it was previously identified as 5- bedroom house, and current notice for the same address calls it 4- bedroom. The Subaru Dealership at 2060 NE Hwy 20 plans a major alteration, to be done in 4 phases. A variance is requested, to reduce the required 15% landscape coverage to 11.25%. ​The City has received the application for 130-acre phased development, NE of Mountain New Neighborhood Association’s boundary. The Petrosa Master Planned Development is a proposed development in the Bend Urban Growth Boundary Northeast Expansion Area, bounded by Deschutes Market Road, Butler Market Road, and the future extension of Yeoman Road. The development plan intends to provide approximately 1,100 housing units (single-family, townhomes, fourplexes, apartments and mixed-use), and will offer a complete community development that includes commercial uses, an elementary school and parks.  There have been 2 public neighborhood meetings about this. Notice is given that the City has approved to have Bend La Pine School District build a 7,243 square foot gym at Juniper Elementary. Process for appeal is given in the notice. 
ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW FOR LARGE MIXED USE BUILDING
The comment period has closed for the 61,912 square foot mixed use building  proposed  at the corner of Tucson and Conners. MEDICAL OFFICE – NEW CONSTRUCTION
There is an application to build a 9,444 square foot, 2-story medical office building. It will be on undeveloped land on Williamson Ct. REPLAT AND RESIDENTIAL MULTIFAMILY DEVELOPMENT: BETWEEN PURCELL, ROBINSON, HOLLIDAY AND JACKSON
There is a request to consolidate 7 previously platted lots into one large lot, all bounded by Purcell, Holliday, Jackson, and Robinson. A second related notice is a Site Plan Review for a 3-building, 48-unit multifamily residential development on that combined lot. A variance is being sought to exceed the current 35 ft. height limit by 5 feet.
