  • Approval of Condo Plat, 2065 NE Tucson Wy.
  • Public Pre-Application meeting October 13th, 5:30 pm. Sky Crossing subdivision, ~10 acres on East side of 27th, across from Mountain View High School. ~65 lots for single family attached homes. See here for more information.
  • Approval of STR, 2947 NE Village Court.
  • Public Pre-Application meeting October 6th, 5:30 pm. Affinity Senior Housing Community located on ~5.7 acres at NE Mary Rose Place and NE 27th. The project is expected to include two land use application packages: 1) a zone change and comprehensive plan map amendment from RM to RH, and 2) a site plan review and Class C Variance for height.
