Notice:

Notification is being provided in advance of the submittal of a Site Plan/Design Review Application to the City of Bend. The planned development includes a 3-story building with 75 senior living units (59 Residential Care and 16 Memory Care) on a currently vacant lot. This meeting is an informational and it is being held prior to the submittal of a Site Plan application to the City of Bend. The meeting will be held in conformance with Section 4.1.215 of the Bend Development Code.

The property of the planned development is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of NE Medical Center Drive and NE Watt Way. The property does not have an address but is identified as Tax Lot 2000 on the Deschutes County Tax Assessors Map 17-12-34AA.
