“School speed 20 mph when flashing signs” will be installed on Neff Road this summer

Per City Engineering, “School speed 20 mph when flashing signs” will be installed this summer at Neff Road and the crosswalks for Pilot Butte Middle School. They will be programmed in coordination with the school district and flash when students are on their way to and from school (both elementary and middle school start and end times will be accommodated).
