Per City Engineering, “School speed 20 mph when flashing signs” will be installed this summer at Neff Road and the crosswalks for Pilot Butte Middle School. They will be programmed in coordination with the school district and flash when students are on their way to and from school (both elementary and middle school start and end times will be accommodated).

The deadline for MVND requests is April 12th.

U.S. 20: Ward/Hamby Rd. Roundabout Project (MP 3.26 – MP 3.86) The Contractor will have a full road closure of Hamby Rd. at US20 and a full road closure of Ward Rd. at US20. Construction of the roundabout is underway. The contractor has closed Hamby Road at U.S. 20 until April 8. Ward Road at U.S. 20 will be closed starting Tuesday morning on March 22 through April 26. Please use alternate routes during these closures; detour routes will be posted on site.
The Neff and Purcell project team has been in discussions with St. Charles Health Systems, the owner of the
land underlying the Purcell extension. These talks are proceeding well and a Development Agreement is
close to being finalized. The design for the extension is progressing in parallel to the Development
Agreement; the project team is at an
