Notice of Land Division Application for Petrosa Commercial Development, comments open until March 13th @ 11:59 pm
The City of Bend Planning Division is reviewing a Land Division Application for a phased 16-lot subdivision of a 15.2 acre site in the Commercial General zone within the Petrosa Master Plan. This proposal was the subject of a Neighborhood Meeting on November 11, 2025.
The original master plan included a set aside for commercial development; the original developer then sold the land causing the commercial development to be delayed.
The new owner has proposed a land division to develop several tax lots within portions of the area originally set aside for commercial development. The subject area is along Butler Market Road between Deschutes Market Road and Eagle Road.
Written comments need to be received by the city by 11:59 pm on March 13, 2026. All of the application’s background materials, including descriptions and maps, can be found by following the city provided link in the attached application notice.
