  • Hyundai dealership application for minor building expansion. 2250 NE Hwy 20. Comments accepted until March 6th, 2022. 
  • Approval of Short Term Rental at 2883 NE Baroness Pl.
  • Repeat announcement of Hearing on Shelter Code amendments, held on 2/14.  Also, the same topic addressed on 2/22 in a Hearing before the Planning Commission.
  • Notice of Public Hearing before City Council, 7 pm February 16. Topic is change of Comprehensive Plan and Zoning map to change a parcel at Mary Rose Place and NE 27th from RM to RH zone. This is for the proposed senior living complex. The hearing had no on speak in opposition, and was approved.
