COIC News Release – Bus Stop Construction Update 9/23/22

We also have detailed information about Routes 8 and 9 on our website that includes route maps, city-approved drawings of the bus stop locations, and public engagement efforts that were conducted with Neighborhood Districts over the past couple of years.

The bus stops that are being constructed are rectangular-shaped, ADA-compliant concrete pads that extend out from existing sidewalks, so they will barely be noticeable once built. Once we hire enough drivers, we will focus on operating each of the routes and install signage and benches in ideal locations, which will likely take place early next year.
