The City of Bend Planning Division is reviewing a Land Division Application for a phased 16-lot subdivision of a 15.2 acre site in the Commercial General zone within the Petrosa Master Plan. This proposal was the subject of a Neighborhood Meeting on November 11, 2025.
The original master plan included a set aside for commercial development; the original developer
