- Petrosa: approval of final plat for Petrosa Phase 3, 38-lot subdivision.
- Application for 48-unit apartment building, 618 NE Bellevue Drive. This is Phase 2, and will closely resemble Phase 1.
- Approval for Short Term Rental, 2681 Moonlight
The Bend Park and Recreation District (district) would love feedback from residents about potential names for the park. The district does have an adopted naming policy to help guide name selection, and generally names should be selected from one of the following categories:
Geographic
Indigenous, Cultural or Historic reference
Native Flora or Natural Feature
